It's All Happening ...
Have you ever done that thing where you keep saying something out loud but it doesn’t actually seem real until you are doing it, despite the fact that you planned for it and talked about it for months?
Well that’s where I’m at. I have been saying that I’m letting the hair department go for a couple of months now but it’s starting to feel real now that Greg is no longer around cutting hair at Orange Poppy. I could devote this entire newsletter to Greg and how fabulous he is and how much we will all miss him. I love that guy like a brother. But change is the only constant, especially these days and Greg is excited to enjoy a month off and then go work with his good friend Ja'mal.
And now we can really dive into the next chapter of Orange Poppy SPA!
If you’re like most of our loyal guests, I’m sure you are curious about what’s to come, how we will reconfigure the space and what services we might be adding. We are excited too! However, there is a possible plan B (more exciting than plan A and just as close and convenient for you) that is brewing so you are going to have to wait through the summer for any “final” answers.
While super exciting, next level stuff is happening behind the scenes, we will be doing everything to provide the best experience possible for you all summer.
We are refining our service menu (make sure to check it out), training new team members, adding new products and trying out new equipment we will be adding in the skin department.

Welcome New Team Members
Brooke Lyn has joined our skin care team. This Texas Belle is an expert Esthetician who will make you feel like a million bucks. She recently graduated from Naropa so you know it will calm your nerves just being around her. She also trains miniature horses so she has heaps of patience. Brooke Lyn is available for all of your skincare and beauty needs Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
And guess who’s coming back to Orange Poppy Spa to be a Nail Tech? Emma! Emma graduated from the AVEDA Institute and earned her Cosmetology License. She's refining her hair stylist skills as an apprentice at the Parlour. Emma will be returning to Orange Poppy for summer Manicures and Pedicures on Sundays and Thursdays starting later this month.
